Five Days to Find Clarity
The Breakthrough Process Scotland is a five-day immersive programme for individuals seeking depth and real clarity.
You arrive with something unresolved. A decision, a pattern, or a situation you know needs attention. Work with experienced facilitators and a small group to understand what is really happening and what needs to change.
This is not a retreat for wellbeing or networking. It is a structured, psychologically informed process designed to help you think clearly, see differently, and make an actionable plan for change.
The Highland setting is essential. Surrounded by water, forest, and open land, you are removed from everyday demands and able to focus fully on the work.
“You and the group have collectively changed my life - I can't wait to find out what comes next.”
Eleanor, Director, Insurance

-
Where will I be staying?

-
Do I need to have participated in psychological work before?
No, you don’t need to have participated in therapy or coaching before, and for many participants it will have been their first time in a group programme. Your initial consultation call is a good opportunity to explore how The Breakthrough Process works, and whether the approach feels like a good fit for you.

One problem in life tends to impact several areas of life, so it’s rare participants arrive with just one challenge.
You are welcome to bring one or multiple challenges to any of our programmes. Our expert team will help guide you to gain clarity on each of your challenges and help you to better understand better the forces that underpin them, ultimately leading you to new perspectives and actionable change.
