  • Dr Tom Cotton

    Founder and Group Process Facilitator

    Tom is a UKCP Reg. Existential-Analytic Psychotherapist and an EMCC Accred. executive coach (Snr Practitioner Level). Based in London, he works in depth with a wide range of challenges, specialising in working with people in leadership roles. He is a Director of Woodstock Street Practice in Mayfair, and an Associate of Therapy Harley Street. Previously, Tom was Clinical Lead of a residential treatment programme in London, and has presented his research internationally. He gained his psychotherapy MSc and PsychD degrees from Roehampton University (2008 and 2016), and his certificate in executive coaching from Tavistock Consulting (2016). Before his training in psychology, Tom worked in the film industry for fifteen years as a screenwriter and director, and gained his BA Hons degree in Fine Art Film from Central St Martins (1999). Psychotherapy, coaching and creative practice converge in Tom’s passion for helping participants see the world around them more clearly.

  • Andy Iwaniec

    Group Process Facilitator

    Andy is an organisation development consultant with 30 years’ cross-industry experience. He has designed and rolled-out large-scale organisation change and leadership development programmes, ranging from firm-wide culture change to bespoke leadership development. He is a highly experienced facilitator, delivering effectiveness workshops for leaders and their teams across a broad range of organisations. Previously, Andy was the Global Organisation Effectiveness Director at Unilever, and held various in-house consultant roles with PwC, BT and the T5 construction programme at Heathrow airport. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Social Science and a PG Dip. in Personnel Management. He attended the 2010 Ashridge Business School coaching programme, completed the Institute of Group Analysis Foundation Course (2018), and is an accredited Hogan psychometrics practitioner. Andy’s facilitation of the group draws on his comprehensive experience of helping leaders and organisations navigate change.

  • Annabel Dunstan

    Programme Host and Outdoor Lead

    Annabel left the PR jungle in 2011 to found her own consultancy, Question & Retain (Q&R) that measures and manages employee experience, client and membership satisfaction. Clients include Imperial College, London North East Railways (LNER) and the Federation of Master Builders. She started her PR career at Le Fevre Communications, before joining start-up 3 Monkeys Communications, and as MD oversaw its growth to become an award-winning top 50 PR consultancy. Before her career in PR, she graduated with a degree in anthropology, and worked as a lumberjack’s assistant, a ski guide, and a sailing instructor, and has led groups for over 20 years. Annabel’s passion for communication and the outdoors combine in her role as Programme Host and Outdoor Activity Lead.

  • Alice Mayor

    Programme Host and Group Coordinator

    Alice is founder of two pioneering creative businesses, We Built This City and London Made Me. She is a leading consultant, speaker and mentor for London's cultural and creative sectors, is Strategic advisor to The Mayor of London's Culture and Creative Industries Unit, and regularly shares her own business story and personal journey of 'burnout to breakthrough', with recent hosts including The London School of Economics, The Daily Telegraph, Google, City Hall and The Guardian. Alice has a BA Hons Philosophy degree from The University of Birmingham and is a trained women's circle facilitator. Alice brings her experience as an entrepreneur, speaker and mentor to her work in The Breakthrough Process.

    Jason is a brand strategy and board advisor with over two decades of experience helping organisations navigate growth, change and reinvention. He has worked across three continents partnering with global brands such as Adidas, BMW, Belstaff, Rapha, Investec, Expedia and The Oscars at key points in their journey. As co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Lucky Beard, he works closely with CEOs and leadership teams to sharpen strategic direction, align teams and uncover new opportunities, ensuring brand strategy connects meaningfully with customer experience and long-term business impact. Jason’s facilitation pairs this strategic depth with far-reaching insight into the challenges that leaders face.

  • Sandy Purewal

    Strategic Consultant

    Sandy has 25+ years of business experience, founding and scaling multiple seven-figure startups. He was founder and chair of B2B marketing agency, Octopus Group (now Publicis Pro) and launched the wellness tech platform, Superfied. He has worked with founders and executives across startups and global companies such as Cisco, Vodafone, Travelex, and Adecco. Most recently, he was CMO of seed-funded tech startup, IDlayr. Sandy holds a first-class degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Kingston University. Sandy’s facilitation draws on his comprehensive knowledge of branding and his seasoned experience as an entrepreneur.
